New one-time purchases are no longer offered. Recurring services are being prepared and require an agreed scope and signed mandate. No subscription is available here. Existing purchases remain supported.

FK HERMES INTERNATIONAL is the public-facing umbrella brand name used for Home Care International Swiss and its CareOps technical core. It is a brand name, not an incorporated entity or a separate legal person. The contracting seller is identified in the seller disclosure. Purchase availability and service terms are stated separately.
FK HERMES INTERNATIONAL is a brand used by Ferdinand Kamberaj, sole proprietor, registered as FK HERMES MANAGEMENT DI F. KAMBERAJ (UID CHE-258.137.002). The brand is not a separate legal person and does not contract in its own name.

What the product contains
The CareOps Toolkit Starter Pack: editable CSV and Markdown templates for care intake, visit logging, care planning, risk registers, privacy workflow, record keeping and the Switzerland documentation module. Digital files only; nothing is shipped.

Existing purchases and payment records
For an existing purchase, the price, applicable taxes and contract terms are those recorded at checkout and on the payment receipt or invoice. No new Starter Pack order can be placed here.
For existing purchases, Stripe acts as the payment processor; the seller issues the receipt or invoice.
Future recurring services
Any recurring service requires a separate written agreement specifying scope, price, billing frequency, duration and cancellation conditions, and a signed payment mandate before recurring charges. No subscription is offered or activated by this page.
Access
Files are released through a private, expiring download link only after the payment has been confirmed server-side by the payment processor. Visiting the order-status page, following a link or submitting a CAREOPS-DESK entry never by itself creates an order or grants access.
Questions can be registered through the CAREOPS-DESK register. Its automatic acknowledgement displays a visitor alias and case reference on the page; no external message is sent and no reply is promised.
Consumer rights, withdrawal and refunds
Mandatory consumer rights apply to every purchase. Mandatory consumer rights override anything stated here. Refund or withdrawal requests can be registered through the CAREOPS-DESK register with your case reference.
Licence
The purchased materials carry a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the authorised organisation or sole practice. They may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed or published publicly.
Support
Support is provided on this site only, through the CAREOPS-DESK register. The automatic acknowledgement is shown on-platform with a visitor alias and case reference. No external message is sent, no reply channel is available and no response is promised. The register is not clinical, legal, tax or reimbursement advice.
Data privacy
This website requires no account for public information. Payment data is entered only on the payment processor's page and never reaches this site.
This website is not designed or intended to collect patient or health data. Do not submit patient-identifiable information to the register or to the AI assistant; its server-side filter reduces but cannot eliminate the risk of sensitive input reaching the AI provider. See the privacy notice.
Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
